Two BBQ areas and two full kitchens for indoor and outdoor dining. Includes a roof top entertainment area with 360 degree views and can entertain parties of 50+. Both floors have master bedrooms and living rooms with full ocean views. Each level has separate entry and has its own kitchen, or the entire home is available for larger families or groups.

All rooms have TV, some with Direct TV, local channels, netflix, HBO, Cinemax and Pay Per View. The home is furnished with traditional Mexican interiors and fabrics, and has a feel of old mexico, but with modern comfort and conveniences.

The walls and ceilings are plaster and the doors and furniture is hand made by local artisans in nearby Popotla.
